This is more than a shake; it’s a yummy and nutritious meal!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, cashew, coconut)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter (or 5 to 6 raw almonds)
  • 5 to 6 walnuts
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • OR (½ frozen blueberries and ½ frozen cranberries)
  • 1/4 lemon (rind and all)

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. I use my Ninja and blend 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Feel free to tweak based on what you enjoy and/or what you have stocked in your kitchen. Just remember you’re fueling your body with all the good stuff and setting your brain and blood sugar for the whole day, so keep it real! ???? As far as fruit, I like to stick to the berries.
